About Carol
Hercules, my 9 year old Oldenburg Jumper.
I am a horse owner and an equestrian real estate agent.
Twelve years ago I combined my love of horses with my knowledge of real estate,
and ever since I have specialized in equestrian real estate exclusively.
This was the beginning of my quest to serve the equestrian community
in Southern California. My experience includes 25 years as an agent
in Colorado, Missouri and California.
I am the current President of the Twin Oaks Valley Equestrian Association (TOVEA).
The picture above is of the 2009 check presentation to the San Marcos City Council
from the Poker Ride Fundraiser that we hosted. The funds from the successful
fundraiser will be used to improve Walnut Grove Park's equestrian facilities.
